Expert Panel
During the consultation phase of the Information Futures Commission an Expert Panel of academics, professional staff and student representatives met weekly to contribute ideas and guidance.
The Expert Panel acted as 'critical friends' and contributors to the work of the Commission by:
- supplying ideas, expert advice and an understanding of the University to the work of the Commission;
- actively contributing to the writing of the Consultation Paper and final strategy documents.

Meetings
The first meeting of the Expert Panel was held on 29 January 2008.

The panel agreed to meet weekly on Fridays, starting Friday 8 February.
